I placed a withdrawl request on March 23. The request got rejected and I received an email to do additional verification. First I completed the selfie verification and then they asked for a utility document. It's been 10 days since I sent them the document. Still they have not completed the verification. I am also following up with them via email. But they are not responding at all. And when we make deposits they never asked for this additional verification and all. But when I withdrawal they do all this < removed > things
