I have requested for withdrawal of Rs. 2000 on 2022-05-15 15:56:54. I still have not received the money to my paytm wallet. I have contacted with the pinup support assistants several time but they say the same thing over and over again.
Below is the message which i keep getting from their customer support. "Thank you for waiting my reply!
As I can see, you've created a correct withdrawal request at 2022-05-15 18:26 GMT +5.5 for 2000 INR. It takes up to 48 hours for withdrawal request to be processed. Please do not cancel it and be patient - wait for request to be processed."
I am in need of urgent money. I kindly request you to help me out and resolve this issue asap.
