I used sports betting and in march I wanted to withdraw ~600€
They told me that they need additional documents which I sent them as they told me to there support mail address for additional verification. Now the support mail address don't answer (I wrote 15 mails and resent the documents like 5 times).
When I talk with the support they ways tell me they can do nothing because its all done via mail. This is going on for now over 3 month.
