Since the date 20.april I have not been able to make a withdrawal from Pin-up. I have more than 18.000 euros in my account. Prior to that I had verified my account and made several withdrawals which were approved without a problem. 20. april they started asking for more documents. Everytime my document is approved they are asking for a new one. Think I have sent 5-6 different documents proving my identity, address, telephone etc. Also they are asking for one document at a time, instead of asking for everything at once. Just slowing this down, and dragging everything out in time. If I have a question regarding their request, they are not even able to answer. Instead they are just replying with the same request again, giving me no extra information about what they are actually requesting. The latest request of them is a bank statement/cash flow of e-wallet used for deposit. This is not even possible to send since my deposits are using crypto. When I asked how I could give them that, they as always just replied with the same initial request again, instead of helping me out by explaining what they want. Their communication is terrible.
