Hi,
I submitted a withdrawal request on 27-12-22, and it has still not been processed, and each time I get in touch with the support department, they have told me that pin-up does not part of the payment system, which is just not accurate.
In case need any more details let me know. and We would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
