I am submitting this complaint because I am facing serious misconduct and unfair treatment from the casino regarding my withdrawal payment.
I requested a withdrawal through bank transfer, and despite waiting far beyond the promised processing time, I have still not received my money. The casino initially marked my support ticket as resolved without actually sending the payment. After I raised the issue again, they reopened the same ticket without providing any proper explanation or payment confirmation.
This behavior is extremely unprofessional and appears to be a deliberate attempt to delay or avoid payment. They have failed to provide a valid transaction reference number or proof of transfer. Simply closing and reopening tickets without resolving the payment issue is unacceptable.
I have cooperated fully and provided all requested details, including my bank account information. However, the casino continues to delay the process and avoids giving clear answers.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to immediately investigate this matter and pressure the casino to:
1. Provide valid proof of transfer (UTR or transaction reference number), OR
2. Process my pending withdrawal payment without any further delay.
This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I trust AskGamblers will ensure fair treatment and help resolve this matter as soon as possible.
