Deposit or Refund not received for a month now
I made two deposits of 10k and 5k each on 6th September 2024.
The prior was using bank transfer and the latter using UPI, both of which weren’t credited to my Parimatch account. When I asked customer support regarding the same, I was told that the deposits failed on the Payment Gateway and that they would be refunded to me in 5-7 business days.
It’s been a month now and neither of the deposits have been refunded to me and they refuse to remedy the same. I get the same reply every time I try contacting them that the team is working on it and patience will be appreciated.
IT’S BEEN A MONTH NOW and it’s so difficult to even have a chat with them cuz their support team replies hours later after you text them.
This has been so mentally taxing and disturbing that I have to beg for my own money from them every day.
