I submitted a withdrawal request on 31st March but have yet to receive any funds. I have contacted customer support multiple times a day and get the same excuses - financial department is very busy, your withdrawal is at the top of the queue, one customer service person said I needed to send verification documents but this facility isn't available or required in my account see picture. I just want my money so I can close this account.
