Withdrawal rejected many times
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I would like to submit a complaint regarding a big withdrawal issue with MyStake Casino.
On this date, I requested two separate withdrawals from my verified MyStake account, for a total amount of €3,500:
Withdrawal #1: €1,500
Withdrawal #2: €2,000
The first withdrawal of €1,500 has been successfully approved and paid. However, the second withdrawal of €2,000 was rejected, even though all KYC procedures were fully completed and confirmed by MyStake several times.
Before submitting my withdrawals, I provided all the requested documents, including:
full bank statement
proof of residence
front and back of my bank card
passport (full identity document)
live video verification confirming my identity
confirmation through their WhatsApp KYC channel
MyStake then informed me multiple times (via email and WhatsApp) that my KYC was “fully verified” and that I was eligible for withdrawals.
I have screenshots confirming:
the successful KYC validation
that my identity and payment method were approved
that my account is verified
payment of the first withdrawal
several withdrawal rejections and no reasons provided
The €2,000 withdrawal was rejected with the explanation: “excessive sports winnings”
I carefully checked the casino’s Terms & Conditions and could not find any clause stating that withdrawals can be denied due to “excessive sports winnings”.
I did not use any bonuses,
I did not violate any casino rules,
I did not use VPN,
I did not open multiple active accounts,
And previous withdrawals were successfully approved.
I have all the documentation and screenshots to support these statements.
What I am requesting
I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in receiving the remaining €2,000 from my balance, as I believe the rejection reason is not based on any written term, and my account verification has already been confirmed multiple times. They are holding my funds on purpose.
I am ready to provide:
screenshots of the paid withdrawal
screenshot of the rejected withdrawal
KYC confirmation emails
WhatsApp KYC confirmation
account history
communication logs with the casino
and all the fake "reasons" they gave me for not paying me.
