Hello,
I have had an issue with withdrawals from Mystake casino.
I made several attempts to withdraw 7500 euros which were rejected due to the casino asking me to provide photos of a bank card i used.
I was exchanging via email regarding the matter and received an email from them letting me know the card had been verified at 18:09.
At 21:40, three hours later the withdrawal was rejected and reversed onto my account while i was playing live games.
Also note that the withdrawals are always reversed when one happens to be playing live.
As it was planned by Mystake i lost the balance of my account 22.000 euros following the unduly reversed amount.
