I am filing this complaint due to systemic delays and contradictory requirements regarding my account verification and withdrawal at Mr.Bet. I have been attempting to withdraw my funds for over 12 days. Despite being a long-term player who has provided exhaustive documentation, the casino continues to reset the 48-hour review clock with redundant demands. 

1. Contradictory Confirmation of Verification

On January 26, 2026, Manager Tina officially confirmed via email that my phone number was verified and my withdrawal was "successfully processed". On January 31, staff confirmed in live chat that all documents were received and only a "final review" remained. However, on February 2, the casino reverted my status to "Needs Resubmission," claiming my verification was denied. 

2. Redundant Requests for Historical Proof of Payment

The casino is currently withholding my funds by demanding a detailed receipt for a $200 CAD deposit made on May 10, 2022. I have provided the following undeniable proof: 

• A TD Canada Trust Transaction Enquiry proving the transfer with Reference Number CAWzxKfp.

• An email from Gigadat Solutions (the payment processor) confirming Reference Number CAWzxKfp was successfully applied to Mr.Bet on May 10, 2022.

• An automated email from Mr.Bet itself, dated May 10, 2022, confirming the transaction was successful (ID: 31250914).

It is highly irregular to demand proof for a transaction the casino already acknowledged and processed four years ago. 

3. Technical Failures

The casino’s automated phone verification system failed repeatedly, which Manager Benjamin acknowledged as a system failure on their end. Furthermore, the internal document upload portal is currently non-functional, failing to respond when the "Submit" button is pressed. 

Desired Resolution:

I request that Mr.Bet immediately approve my total pending withdrawal of $4,200.00 CAD (comprising requests for $4,130, $40, and $30). I have exceeded all reasonable verification standards and provided documentation for transactions the casino confirmed years ago.

I am providing a final, comprehensive response to the casino’s generic claims. The evidence I have uploaded—which includes an in-person official bank record and confirmation from their own payment proces­sor­—co­ncl­usively proves the transaction in question.
1. The "Time Mismatch" is Factually Explained
The casino claims the time does not match. However:
• My Bank Record: Shows the $200.00 CAD debit at 05:12:42 AM EST.
• Gigadat (Casino's Processor): Confirmed via email that the funds were deposited at 5:12 AM EST.
• The Casino's History: Shows the successful deposit on May 10th.
There is no mismatch; there is only a standard time zone difference between my location (EST) and the casino's jurisdiction (AST/Curacao). The bank and the processor are in 100% agreement on the timestamp.
2. Direct Link via Reference Number
The casino continues to ignore the unique identifier for this transfer:
• My official bank document (Advice #) and my Interac confirmation both show Reference Number CAWzxKfp.
• This number serves as a digital "fingerprint" linking my bank account directly to the $200.00 deposit credited to my casino account.
3. Official Verification
The document I have provided is an "Account Transaction Enquiry" obtained in person at my bank branch. It is a primary, unmodifiable legal record. To claim this is "unverified" while ignoring the matching reference numbers provided by their own processor, Gigadat, is a clear stalling tactic.
Conclusion:
I have met every verification requirement with high-level documentation that the casino’s support team is refusing to acknowledge. I request that the AskGamblers moderator review the matching Reference Number (CAWzxKfp) and the 5:12 AM EST timestamp across all documents and compel the casino to proceed with my 4,200.00 CAD withdrawal.

Sempre joguei no mr bet e nunca tive problema nenhum até está semana. Dia 15/05 solicite um saque de R$ 400, sempre demorou no máximo 24 horas para sacar, no entanto desta vez se passaram 48 horas e não consegui sacar. Entrei em contato com o chat e passe a situação, enquanto estava dentro das 48 horas , disseram que o prazo era de 48 horas para o saque. Depois que passou as 48 horas , disseram que após o status estiver em andamento, mais é dias úteis para ser realizado o pagamento.

Porém um detalhe que me chamou muita a minha atenção, foi que hoje dia 18/05/2024 após falar com o chat sobre o status estar como pendente e não ser possível jogar na casa pela solicitação de saque estar pendente para não alterar o valor solicitado ( 400 ) eles alteraram o status do saque para em andamento na hora, para que eu pudesse realizar mais depósitos para poder , já que estava o valor do saque como pendente, me impossibitava de estar jogando.

Por mágica ele passou para em andamento e possibilitava eu depositar e jogar. Ali percebi que tinha coisa errada. Infelizmente a experiência negativa me faz abrir esta reclamação. Também li em outros sites de reclamações pessoas esperando mais de semanas para receber seus ganhos no mr bet. Onde só mostra que toda política do mr bet não se justifica. Esse prêmio não receberei mais , tenho plena certeza! Detalhe saque foi solicitado por pix. Depósito por pix entram em segundos, já saques demoram 3 dias úteis. Caso resolvam o problema venho aqui e me retrato deste episódio.
