I tried to change my adress already 3 weeks ago, noone responds on my emails, i‘m fully verified and i‘m waiting now for over a week for my withdrawal requests to be done. In the chat they tell me that it can take up to 28 days, in their own terms and conditions it says in 2.6 that a withdrawal request should be done within 0-24 hours. I have never ever made a worse experience in an online casino! Customer care is awful!
