Mr Bet Casino - Impossible casino verification and silence
It's been a long time I am a member at this casino. I have been verified and paid dozens of times all ready.
During the month of Feb 2023 I ran into some issues with my credit card, and it was not working on the website. I decided to use Interac as a deposit method. I played for a few weeks without any wins on the casino. Finally a deposit on Feb 25th saw me win a massive amount over 13k.
I was under the impression my account would be paid but I was asked to reverify my account and the new deposit method. Although I was frustrated at first, I understood that this is normal and I sent the casin my "Feb full" statement. There were over 10 previous deposits done using Interac during the month of February that could have verified the deposit method but they wanted the deposit made on the 25th. My bank statement unfortunately ended on the 24th of the month and I had to wait a month until the new one came out.
This week I sent them the new statement showing the deposit made on the 25th of Feb, they rejected the document. The reason they rejected it is because the deposit is not shown as the 25th rather the 27th. I explained on chat that with my bank any interac transactions made over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) are shown on the Monday following. I reuploaded the document and it was rejected yet again.
I have sent them the full statements for the months of Feb and March. I asked them to check one last time.There were deposits I made to your casino on 3 total Saturdays using Interac as a deposit method, the 11th,18th and the 25th. I asked them to check the statements and look at this:

11th --- > appears on 13th
18th --- > appears on 20th
25th --- > appears on 27th
After looking through what I mentionned there shouldn't be a reason why they would be unable to verify my account. I do not have any control over how the bank operates and how their statements are printed. I invited them to call the bank to confirm the information I am told them.
I understand the KYC procedures, but I find it hard to believe I am the first player who has won at the casino using Interac as a deposit method over the weekend.
Despite all of this the casino did not verify my account, instead requested the email confirmations that were sent to my email the day of the transactions. I sent them all of those over 8 days ago and they have not verified them yet.
I am hoping that having our conversation on this thread will speed up any verification that is missing with the casino as I feel that my account has not been taken seriously.
