On 01/10/2025, I had requested for withdrawal of Rs.. 49000, Rs.. 50000, and Rs.. 19400 through IMPS.
The payment system showed that the payment was successfully made. I tried to raise a query, but they have insisted I wait till 48hours.
After 48 hours, I had contacted the support. They have raised the query. But the query also got reviewed, and they have provided me with UTR numbers and asked me to approach the bank.
I had checked the bank statement, but the funds have not been received.
