I have an open ticket with Melbet.com deposit support team regarding a missing deposit. They are not taken it seriously which is extremely frustrating. They keep repeating the same email over and over and over and over again without providing any context on what they are really asking for. Please note that I have provided all the proves on the transaction that can be provided including an official bank statement + a video of my bank transactions on the same day + screenshots.
