Closed the account and confiscated winnings but refused to refund my deposit

This is a complaint against Melbet Casino. This is regarding my deposit not being refunded and not about trying to get my winnings.

I had an account with Melbet and when I had to get a new laptop decided to open another account because I wanted to start afresh. None of the accounts were used to abuse bonuses - I never accept any bonuses and my account is set to accept no bonuses. All I play is live dealer casino and not sports betting.

I was ever only playing with one account while the other dormant account had no money and no activity.

Accord to the T&Cs:
18. Should the bettor commit fraud in respect to the bookmaker (such as the registration of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting, if the betting account is not used for betting, the improper use of loyalty schemes, etc.), the bookmaker reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions by:.
bet cancellation;
closure of the customer’s account. Money that has been deposited into the account will be refunded.
filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.

20. The bookmaker reserves the right to close a betting account immediately and void any bets placed thereon should the bookmaker establish that:
one bettor has a few betting accounts (multiple registration);
In the aforementioned circumstances balances on customers’ accounts shall be refunded after an investigation has been concluded. The balance shall be calculated excluding any unfair profits generated. The bookmaker reserves the right not to reimburse the bettor for any service charges imposed by payment systems while depositing and/or withdrawing monies from the MELbet account.

My issue to the $1132USD that I had deposited into my active account on 19th OCT.

1. Account 216583739 had ZERO balance - I had not used this account for awhile. No money was deposited into this account for a long time.

2. Account 220217725 is the active account - This account had a balance of $1200USD. I played and lost $1200USD on the 19th October so I deposit more money into this account - 2 bitcoin deposits for a total of $1132USD. I played and won making balance $2205.
I then proceed to try and make a withdraw and this is when the Security Team blocked my account with the reasoning that I had placed fraudulent sports bets!!!! I have never ever placed any sports bets with Melbet Casino. Ask them for a betting history and you will never see one sports bets!!. How can somebody make false accusations about a customer???? There should be a rule with that!

Melbet continue to say that they had paid my refund in full - but i have not received my $1132USD. I have asked them for a transaction history of my account to see when this $1132USD went to. 1 account had zero balance and had not been used and 1 account is the active one with a current balance of $2205USD - I am not after the winnings just the deposit of $1132USD.
I am not after my deposit from day 1 or 2 or 3 - where in their T&C does it even mention about deposit history!!! Only 1 account was active.

Please help me resolve this issue - according to their own rules, Melbet has a duty to return my deposit of $1132USD.

216583739 account at 19Oct had a zero balance - this account had not been used for awhile
220217725 account is the active account where i had my $1200USD - I had played and lost all this money. I then made a new deposit (2 bitcoin deposits for a total of $1132USD). I played and won a new balance of $2205USD

How am I making unfair profits???? Tell me one example of cheating on live dealer baccarat!!!! I. never abused your bonus system because I never accepted any bonuses!.

I ask again where in your T&Cs does it state that previous withdrawals can be used as refunding deposits!

Also when a customer does a withdrawal - doesnt the casino do checks on all withdrawals before they are processed to all customers. If a withdrawal was "unfair". why wasnt it flagged when the customer did a withdrawal.

This is your rule. I am not after the winnings; just refund my $1132USD.

Escrevo com muita tristeza e frustração em relação ao tratamento que recebi da Melbet. Desde que o processo de verificação começou em 26/08/24, a experiência tem sido dolorosa e exasperante. Solicitei o saque do meu primeiro valor e, apesar de ter enviado todos os documentos exigidos no dia 28/08/24 (Hoje faz quase 1 mes) o processo tem sido alarmantemente negligenciado.

A troca de mais de 40 emails e a promessa não cumprida de uma resolução no prazo de 14 dias, seguida da resposta de que devo esperar indefinidamente, têm causado imenso stress e desamparo. Desconsiderei o sentimento e fiquei desesperado, sem um canal de comunicação eficiente ou uma solução real.

Além disso, a reclamação que fiz em um site de resolução de disputas no Brasil não avançou devido à falta de coordenação entre a Melbet Brasil e a Melbet geral. Esta situação afetou profundamente o meu bem-estar e a minha confiança na empresa.

Peço urgentemente que intervenham para resolver definitivamente esta situação. Peço um prazo claro e ações concretas para liberar minha conta e processar meu saque. Agradeço profundamente qualquer ajuda que você possa oferecer, pois estou muito angustiado e sem saber o que fazer a seguir.

Nao querem pagar meus ganhos

Estou tentando efetuar minha retirada há 2 dias e simplesmente não consigo. A primeira vez disse que atingir o limite mensal por transferência eletrônica. Em seguida o time de operadores indicou efetuar outro depósito por outro meio de pagamento para habilitar ou metodo de pagamento e tentar efetuar a retirada. Eu fiz contra minha vontade depositei novamente e nada. O erro continuou. Denied by operator. (Payment processing error). Agora o site mais uma vez indicou eu depositar por mais outro meio, porém eu me recuso os termos e condições são claros, o casino deve pagar pelos mesmos meios de depósito, sendo assim o casino não está cumprindo suas regras. Hoje pela manhã a operadora inventou mais uma desculpa e disse que era culpa do meu banco, ora, falei com meu gerente e esta tudo ok. Meu irmão tem conta na melbet também, pedi a ele para efetuar o procedimento e deu tudo certo. Ele retornou por transferência bancária e transferência eletrônica sem problemas nenhum. Valores baixos. Agora o meu que e alto não querem pagar.

Melbet Cash Agent Withdrawal Issue Pending for Over 140 Days Melbet ID 816469381

I am submitting this complaint regarding a long pending withdrawal issue with Melbet involving an amount of LKR 50,000.
I requested the withdrawal through a Melbet cash agent (“Badulla, Hidagoda 24/7”), but the amount was never credited to my bank account. Since the beginning of this issue, I have fully cooperated with Melbet support and payment teams and submitted all documents they requested, including certified bank statements covering the relevant dates.
This issue has now remained unresolved for almost four months despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the matter was under investigation by their payment specialists.
During this period, I had to visit the bank multiple times during working hours and take leave from my employment in order to obtain certified statements and supporting documents requested by Melbet. The process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I also experienced aggressive and unprofessional behavior from the cash agent involved while trying to resolve this issue.
Despite providing all requested evidence and maintaining communication through the same official support ticket, I still have not received a proper final resolution regarding the disputed withdrawal amount.
I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to obtain a fair resolution regarding the pending withdrawal.

Melbet uses local agents for Nepal. My withdrawal was assigned to an agent operating from Biratchowk Gorey Market. He marked the transaction COMPLETED in Melbet app but did not send money. He has now absconded and blocked me on Telegram.

I contacted Melbet support for 16 days via email and live chat. On 2026-05-05 I received a stalling reply: "We have no exact timeframe... concerned department is working". After 16 days this response proves deliberate negligence.

Evidence:
1. Melbet app screenshot showing COMPLETED status with date 2026-04-19 and Txn ID 4743167311
2. eSewa account statement from 2026-04-19 to 2026-05-05 showing no credit of NPR 45000
3. Telegram chat screenshot proving agent blocked me
4. Stalling email from Melbet support dated 2026-05-05

Melbet is responsible for its payment agents. COMPLETED status means Melbet confirms funds were released, yet I received nothing for 16 days. This is theft.

Systematic Withdrawal Rejections and Contradictory Support Information

I am filing this complaint against MelBet (Account ID: 827048497) regarding my balance of $4,220.77. Since April 23, 2026, every single withdrawal request I made has been manually 'Declined by operator'.

I have contacted their support multiple times and received contradictory information:

Agent 'Khaled' originally promised the withdrawal would proceed.

Agent 'Clancy' asked me to wait 12-24 hours for a technical update.

An email from 'Dorothy' claimed my withdrawals were rejected due to 'transaction limits' and advised me to withdraw in small portions.

However, even when I attempted to withdraw a small amount of $100 as instructed, the request was immediately rejected by the operator. Currently, agent 'Bailey' states the issue is 'under review' with no specific timeframe.

It is clear that the technical issue excuse is being used to stall for time. I have provided all necessary evidence, including screenshots of rejected transactions and contradictory emails from their team. I request your assistance in mediating this dispute to recover my funds.

Didn't received the price of daily Tournament winning

I’m from Bangladesh, and I’m writing to raise a complaint regarding a prize I won.

About 1.5 months ago, I achieved 1st place in a contest and won an Apple Watch Series 10. After winning, I waited for an update but did not receive any clear information.

I then contacted Melbet support by email. They asked me to confirm whether I wanted the physical prize or 11,000 promo points instead. I replied and clearly requested the promo points. However, after that response, I did not receive any further reply.

However, the current market price of the Apple Watch Series 10 is around 41,000 BDT, so I believe I should receive approximately the same amount in promo points (with minor variation). I do not understand why only 11,000 promo points are being offered. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I still have not received a proper update.

This extended waiting time and poor communication are very disappointing.

Hello! I've been a client since 2019 and have made numerous deposits and withdrawals without any issues. On January 31, 2026, I made a deposit of 77,580 rubles. It wasn't credited.
