I have been waiting for my payment since October 2nd, and there has been no progress. No one is responding to emails, etc. According to their terms, they have 5 days to approve the payment. I can’t contact them via online chat because they don’t have one. This is absurd! I keep asking, writing how long I have to wait, and they don't even respond to the large number of my emails. Please, help me withdraw my money! This is an unprofessional website.
