I have the same problem with this casino.
July 18, I signed up, made a deposit and received a bonus. I won a little and made a withdrawal request. Uploaded all documents for verification. My withdrawal was canceled because the documents were not satisfied. I uploaded new ones and on July 19th I received a notification that my account was fully verified.
