I have the same problem with this casino.

July 18, I signed up, made a deposit and received a bonus. I won a little and made a withdrawal request. Uploaded all documents for verification. My withdrawal was canceled because the documents were not satisfied. I uploaded new ones and on July 19th I received a notification that my account was fully verified.

Knowing how quickly and professionally Dama NV casinos work, I calmly waited for my payout. 6 hours passed, the money did not arrive and I contacted the support chat. The operator told me that they were experiencing technical difficulties and asked me to cancel the withdrawal and put it again, I did so.

The next day I asked when will I receive my winnings? I was told that they were waiting for a response from the technical department.

This was repeated several times, so on the night of July 23, I canceled the withdrawal and made a request for a cryptocurrency wallet. The money is still not withdrawn.

Today I again wrote to the support chat, now they answered me that they are waiting for a response from the financial department ...

They don't give any deadlines, just constantly refer to their departments and divisions.

I don't understand why they delay payment? What would I lose?...
