Please can someone help me. I've never had a problem until the 16th of May I did a withdraw of $600, I have had numerous chats with live chat still dont seem to tell me anything other than I need to wait for support team to email.
I have submitted bank statements and it still doesn't seem to be enough and need to submit another one as of Sunday just gone I can't upload a newer one because my bank is closed, I also have another withdraw that I did on the 21st of this month for $3500 due to come in this week.
