LeoVegas Casino - Declined from getting my winnings
Yesterday, the 31st of December I earned 5 free spins as loyalty from Leo Vegas casino, which I played on gonzo quest. I had not made any deposit still I won INR 1428.10 on Gonzo quest, which I tried to withdraw using Astropay, as the minimum withdrawal amount for Astropay is 1000 INR. However, the agent Lovisa, denied me access to my funds stating that I can withdraw only through Skrill. Now Skrill has a minimum withdrawal amount of 1600 INR which is above my winnings. I can easily withdraw through Astropay and it did accept it as a method of withdrawal, but the agent is deliberately avoiding me access to my winnings by insisting I use skrill as a method to withdraw. I never deposited using skrill, so why should I withdraw using skrill , when Astropay is an alternative. I tried to reason it out with Louvisa the agent, but she refused to comply. Thereafter, I decided that I need to lodge a complaint against this casino for unfair practices, non- transparency and deliberately witholding or denying the customer from their rightful winnings.
