LeoVegas Casino - Account still locked for two weeks after withdrawal request
I made various deposits over a period of time without a hitch. When i got lucky I made a withdrawel request for £300 also leaving another £120 in my account. Next time I try logging in i find my account has been locked. No communication received from leovegas. After contacting live chat was told its undoing security checks. After a few chase up emails from me eventually they asked for usual documents to verify my account. I provided everything they asked for & they confirmed they have all they requested. However nearly 2 weeks after my account was first locked i am still waiting. All i get when asking live chat is we have to wait for accounts dept!! Not good enough. Other sites are able to verify & confirm in days. Why is leovegas holding onto peoples money won fairly??
