I am reaching out to request your assistance in resolving a withdrawal issue with Jackbit Casino. Despite fulfilling all their verification requirements, I have been unable to access my funds, and the casino has not provided a clear resolution. Below are the details of the situation:
Withdrawal Request: I submitted a withdrawal request for $1,762 from my Jackbit Casino account.
Verification Process: Following my withdrawal request, I was asked to complete identity verification. I successfully submitted all necessary documents, and my verification was approved.
Additional Verification: Shortly thereafter, I received an email requesting a video verification. The instructions were to record myself holding a sheet of paper with specific details and my identity document in hand. I promptly complied and sent the video to the casino on November 18.
Lack of Resolution: Despite my compliance, the casino has neither processed my withdrawal nor provided any meaningful updates. I have been left waiting without any access to my funds.
This situation has caused significant frustration and concern. I kindly ask for your help in mediating this issue and ensuring that the casino fulfills its obligations by processing my withdrawal promptly.
