Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Jackbit Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
Our support team couldn't provide any proof to you, because you've contacted us with different email address, which the user MK009 was registered with, while requesting details for another player EMRE0707.
After investigating the details, both of these accounts "MK009" and "EMRE0707" along with the 3rd one "kamelkamel" have IP and Device connections, which violates our Terms & Conditions 9th section, therefore, all 3 accounts were closed permanently.
Additionally, as we've mentioned above, the owner of the account EMRE0707 was informed that the video verification was completed, withdraw his remaining funds and had an access to his account till its closure.
