Does not pay my winnings

Hello askgamblers team i recently got lucky and won 13000+ on iwilds casino, the verification progress was quick and i completed it
after that i request 3 withdrawls of 400 euro as it is the max amount you can request .that happend on 13.08.24 now on 15 only the one withdrawl is completed and the other 2 are pending the casino is doesnt pay i send an email the didnt responed i talked to the chat they told me that the withdrawls will be procceced on max 10 days.According to the term and conditions of the casino term 7.3 (im uploading a screenshot) you can withdraw 1200euro per day the casino is breaching the term and doesnt pay.If they continue like that i will have to wait months to get my money.I want to get 1200 every working day like the advertising.Please help me get my money
