66200 won a week ago and no payout or reaction

I won 66200€ a week ago.

They normally pay out only 3 x 400€ per day, but now I'm waiting for a week and no payout yet.

Also tried to e-mail them many times, but they don’t reply.

Chat always says the same. I Will forward it to the financial department, but they don’t respond.

The phone number on the site is also fake, so calling is no option.

400€ per week is not succesfully, your terms and conditions say literaly 72h payout after request. That is not possible if you only do 1 payout of 400 a week. The provider is able to do more than that. You are a casino with the possibility to bet big, if you cant handle to pay out if someone wins a buffer amount, you should only let them bet for penny’s. The deposits where big that I made, so should be the payouts. It can not be that it is sometimes possible to pay out 1200€ a day 5 days, that makes 6000€ a week, and the other time it is only possible to pay out 400€ on a whole week. That is just bullshit and if it is the truth, you realy need to change from provider immediantly because that is simply en insane and bad for you as a casino. You Will loose players realy Fast if this is how it is done.
