After an account created in early November, I wanted to try after several friends who advised me this casino.
After several deposits and small gain I managed to win a big win and decide to withdraw 1200 euros.
But the next day my account blocked and no payment.
I receive an email and I have to send my passport, credit card or account statement and I send everything.
But no more answer.
I put a lot of money into the game and I really hoped for this withdrawal to help me on a daily basis,

The customer needs to provide the requested photos of their payment methods, as internal checks indicate the account may have been used by a third party. Until all necessary documents are submitted, the account will remain closed.
The customer has not contacted us since November 15th.
