I would like to write a complaint about my account in ice casino that until now, it's been more than 48 hours since the day I submitted my KYC verification still no confirmation email if my KYC documents are eligible or not.

And secondly, I won Php 12,000 on my real balance wallet, I tried to withdraw my winning stake in two different transactions. One is sent to my Gcash account worth Php8,400 and the other was transferred to my bank account for Php 3,700 but now it's been more than 48 hours running 4 days the status is still incomplete.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem? What should I do to fasten my transaction? I tried to contact them thrice to customer support but their answer still says to wait a few moments, a few hours or a few days. But how long then? Please enlighten me on this issue.

At the very beginning, I really love the ice casino app the game design and the platform was really amazing, and I hope you can resolve these issue very soon. I am really hoping 🙏🏻

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Ice Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Kindly note that the AskGamblers Complaint Team is still awaiting information from the Ice Casino team, unfortunately even though the casino stated on the 24th they send the requested evidence we didn't receive any email.

Should the operator fail to provide such an update within the specified timeframes, the case shall be considered unresolved and will be closed accordingly. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

According to T&Cs:
5.5. You may only open a single account (Main) on the Website. Any other account you open on the Website will be considered as a “Duplicate Account”. All Duplicate Accounts as well as the Main account may be immediately closed

16. All bonuses are limited to one single player, an IP address, a computer device, one family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and / or electronic wallet, e-mail and networks where computers are shared (for example, university, public library, work network, etc.). Should Ice Casino administration have a reasonable suspicion that the Account Holder has committed a bonus abuse (as such indicated in point 10, 14 and 16 of these terms), either on their own or as part of a group, Ice Casino reserves right to:
forfeit the bonus allocated to the player and any winnings from that bonus;
revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from a player;
void the player's real money balance;
block an access to Ice Casino;
terminate the Account Holder’s account with immediate effect.
