Based on that fact and it being the primary issue of the case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and officially closed.
The AskGamblers Complaint Team would also like to use this opportunity and emphasize once more the importance of transparency in customer relations. Therefore we strongly encourage the casino management to consider possible changes in their internal practice with both, loyal and new customers and maintain a more transparent environment and approach in their future communication.
While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of a disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
We have provided our final answer. There is no disputed amount, T&Cs were not breached by the Casino.
We are confident that any service may reserve a right not to share the internal information, as long as the end-user is not effected (like this one).
There is no complaint whatsoever, there is no disputed amount, and more over - we are ready to unblock the account.
We find the complaint unjustified, since the player clearly agreed to the T&Cs of our service that briefly state, that the casino may stop providing service to the end-user.

There is no a single unresolved real complaint, with real issue, and we hold a high (if not the highest) standard of dispute resolutions (when there is in fact a case).
