Initiated three withdrawals on 2025/06/09 with the following transaction IDs:

However, GGbet canceled all my withdrawals due to their incorrect calculations, as the previously accrued winnings were wrongly deducted.

I reinitiated a withdrawal on 2025/06/08 with transaction ID 786bf2­3c-­c8f­7-4­aa0­-b7­dc-­ccb­224­a6b74f, but the status has not updated.

I have contacted their online chat and email, but the issue remains unresolved. Their responses have been vague, repeatedly stating that they need to perform numerous checks.

Given the many similar complaints on AskGamblers, I feel compelled to file a formal complaint as soon as possible to avoid waiting several weeks for my withdrawal to be processed.

I am writing to report GGBet for fraudulent practices regarding virtual currency deposits and withdrawals. Their stated policy of using the "average real market exchange rate" is misleading.

I deposited RMB 5000, which required me to pay 732.22 USDT. Upon withdrawal of the same amount, I only received 647.79 USDT. This represents a 5% overcharge on deposit and a 7% underpayment on withdrawal, compared to the market rate of approximately 696 USDT (as verified by exchanges like OKX and Binance).

GGBet's claim that Bitcoin value can change dramatically (clause 8.18) does not justify these discrepancies. If the average real market rate were applied consistently, my withdrawal should have been closer to 732 USDT.

GGBet's failure to clearly disclose the specific exchange rates used for virtual currency transactions violates their service agreement and constitutes fraud.

I think I need to file another complaint to complain about their fraud against me.

Keep the complaint thread active untill GGbet Casino completes my all withdrals and pay me 49.17 USD.

Withdrawal requests remain unprocessed despite 1000 USDT limit compliance and repeated technical reasons

I am filing this complaint against GGbet Casino regarding my account which has been placed under a betting limit, making me unable to open the live chat window and contact support.

Current situation:

• My account has fully completed KYC verification and all turnover/wagering requirements.

• On March 31, 2026, after winning several bets on the same day, my account was immediately placed under a betting limit.

• I am completely unable to open the live chat support window.

• I submitted a withdrawal request for 2000 USDT on March 31, 2026. However, on April 1, 2026, the withdrawal was rejected with the reason “technical reasons”.

• Since then, I have made multiple additional withdrawal attempts, all of which were also rejected. The withdrawal IDs are as follows:

My demand: I request that GGbet Casino immediately:

2. Provide a specific and concrete timeline for when the withdrawals will be received, rather than dismissing the issue with vague “technical reasons”.
