This is to complain about the delay of GGBet to process my withdrawal. I have been complying with what they want and this is going on for more than 10 days now.
First Withdrawal of $292.78 I followed up and they said it would be processed in 5 days. It was rejected after making me wait 5 days due to technical reasons and they said that I should try another payment method.
I tried their suggestion and made a second withdrawal of $292.78 on a different payment method. I thought my withdrawal will be prioritized since it was not processed the first time then when I followed up again they said that it will still be processed within 5 days.
Another 5 days has passed and I followed up on the withdrawal they said that it would be passed to the financial department since it was already more than 5 days and be fixed as soon as possible. Just minutes after my follow up they rejected it again due to technical reasons and when I asked what it was they just said again that it was not on their side that it did not process.
I made a withdrawal request again today of $292.78 with transaction number 2e60c055-3bdb-48b0-85ee-8f220461c08e. Hope you can give support as for them to expedite and not delay this transaction again.

Third withdrawal is still rejected with the same reason "technical difficulties". I processed a fourth withdrawal (35e4d9b4-c13b-4968-9d15-728e0ed1f3ae) and seems like they have no effort in expediting delayed withdrawals being made. Please keep this complaint open AGCCS team.
