​I'm still trying to withdraw my money

Hello, I live in Thailand and I won a maxwin in a slot game. I've tried to withdraw from GGBet many times, but they have rejected almost all of my withdrawal requests for various reasons. (The website approved one of my withdrawal requests for the smallest amount, which seems like they just returned my initial deposit.) Every time a request is rejected, I contact the live support, and they give me a wide variety of reasons. They've told me that my bank has a problem receiving the money (multiple times), that I entered the wrong information (even though I entered the same information as the one time they approved a withdrawal), and that I should change my withdrawal method (in Thailand there's only one withdrawal method available, the rest are credit cards). I'm very disappointed with GGBet because it's a great website—it's fast and easy to use. But I'm stuck because I can't withdraw my money. I've done everything that the live support told me to do. I've been trying to make withdrawals repeatedly for two weeks, and I still haven't received my money. I think I should get my money because GGBet is a legal website. I've also done some research and found that many people have had similar issues.
​So, is GGbet wont let me witdraw? Should I stop waiting?

Withdrawal requests remain unprocessed despite 1000 USDT limit compliance and repeated technical reasons

I am filing this complaint against GGbet Casino regarding my account which has been placed under a betting limit, making me unable to open the live chat window and contact support.

Current situation:

• My account has fully completed KYC verification and all turnover/wagering requirements.

• On March 31, 2026, after winning several bets on the same day, my account was immediately placed under a betting limit.

• I am completely unable to open the live chat support window.

• I submitted a withdrawal request for 2000 USDT on March 31, 2026. However, on April 1, 2026, the withdrawal was rejected with the reason “technical reasons”.

• Since then, I have made multiple additional withdrawal attempts, all of which were also rejected. The withdrawal IDs are as follows:

My demand: I request that GGbet Casino immediately:

1. Process all withdrawal requests I have initiated and ensure the remaining funds are fully paid out.(7404USDT)

2. Provide a specific and concrete timeline for when the withdrawals will be received, rather than dismissing the issue with vague “technical reasons”.
