Hello, I withdrew two of my winnings worth 1000 PHP each 5 days ago, 10/27/2024 (1st picture) and I cancelled it because they said that there were technical issues when they said that I would get it the next day, 10/28/2024 after withdrawing it (2nd picture). They cancelled the withdrawal a few seconds after I requested it, therefore, I created a new withdrawal request yesterday combining the 2 previous withdrawals into 1 instead to use a single transaction id worth 2000 PHP (sum of 2 withdrawals). Yesterday as well, I requested a follow up to check if the issues are still active or resolved and I was told that I would finally get my winnings right away so I waited (was too late to screenshot because the support closed the chat immediately). After a few hours, I requested for a follow up again and they said that the pending withdrawal should be approved within 10/31/2024 23:59 UTC (3rd picture). Today, it is almost 1 hour after the 10/31/2024, 23:59 UTC and I requested again and they told me that there are still issues currently happening (4th picture).


I need help AGCCS team, I'm worried upon seeing the reviews here by other gamblers, is this site really a scam? Are they really just delaying my winnings?
