I successfully deposited 85 euros through a direct bank transfer with a VOLT payment provider.

I received confirmation from both VOLT and Flappy Casino and my bank account was permanently debited. But my balance is 0 euro in Flappy Casino!!?? Live chat is not available and it's only 9 pm!!!

Now I just lost 85 euros and didn't even play or have fun .. this casino ruined my night !!!

As soon as we receive the deposit the amount will be credited to your game account and you will be able to enjoy your gameplay.

Still not received my deposit. I asked for refund we they also refuse to do.

I contacted the payment provider and they confirmed that the money was transferred successfully 21/09 and they contacted flappycasino regarding the issue.

Flappycasino is the worst casino I have ever had to deal with. I guess it will take 1 month to withdraw after the deposit will be credited because I can tell you that I won't be playing a single euro in this casino and I will permanently close my account!

We are deeply sorry for any inconveniences caused.

We can assure that our finance department has been in touch with the payment provider since 21.09 and every time we get the same response - as soon as the money reaches our account, it will be credited.

Unfortunately, bank-to-bank communications are beyond our control and although we try hard, we still have received no update on your payment.

We do recommend using instant payment methods (as you have done previously), so as to avoid any frustrations and issues.

We will speak to the provider again and will notify you and the community here of the outcome.

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Flappy Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team confirms that the issue, subject to this dispute, refers to timeframes of bank transactions and has nothing to do with casino-related matters. Casino cannot be held responsible for timeframes between banks, upon all evidence presented they did everything in their power to seek missing deposit. Therefore we consider this complaint invalid and it will be rejected.
