3077 USD not paid out to my account

I played at the Fairspin casino for a while now. I enjoyed the casino until I started to do a payout. I request a total sum of about 3077 USD. It took the casino four days just to release the withdrawal from their side. Even though on their Details site in AskGamblers they claim to process requests on their side within 24 hours. They asked me to use the same withdrawal method as with the credit card I did the deposit. They asked for the IBAN of the credit card and I told the casino multiple times that this is not working and the payment will fail. Also, my bank told me that payments to credit cards are impossible, I told that to Fairspin but they kept insisting. However after fairspin refused all other requests I tried via credit card payment with the IBAN from the credit card. After a week they told me today that the credit card payment failed (as I told them multiple times before). Now they advised me again to wait because "they don't have the money right now". After I wrote multiple emails and Chats with Fairspin in the last weeks I have the feeling that they try to delay the payment or will not do the payment at all.

finally I received my funds. However the whole process was very intransparents. Over the last days I got multiple eMails that confimed the transfer of my funds and denied a couple of minutes later. The chat support only responded with standard answers and fairdpin determined the withdrawl method for me (crypto). @fairpsin: I belive there is a lot of room to improve.

BOA TARDE,
Deveria ter recebido no dia 26 de Dezembro o pagamento de cerca de 3000 dolares relativos a dinheiro ganho no identificado casino online.
Os seus colaboradores insistem desde o meu registo para que crie uam conta de crypto moeda, solução que não pretendo.
Alegam a dificuldade junto do promotor do jogo e do meu Banco, facto que é falso uma vez que o mesmo promotor e o mesmo Banco, são por mim utilizados junto do NATIONAL CASINO e os pagamento são efetuados no mesmo dia.
Claramente, este casino retem indevidamente o dinheiro por dois motivos, ou que os seus jogadores o percam continuando a jogar ou porque não têm fundos suficientes para operar e por isso devem ser encerrados por forma a evitar mais danos aos seus Clientes.
No pretérito dia 27 recebi a seguinte resposta a mias uma reclamação apresentada:

Unfortunately its true, by this time we have some ddifficulties with payment provider and my colleagues did not lie to you when they mentioned it before.
All these days we are trying to settle the issue with the provider in order to complete your payment.
Most of the amount has already been paid and you have successfully received it.
At this stage, I would very much like you to finally receive the balance of your honestly won funds.
I would be very grateful if you could provide me with any crypto wallet address and we will send you the rest of the funds in a matter of minutes.
