222 dollar withdrawal still processing

Hy,

I started playing here about 3 days ago. Everything was fine I lost some I won some. When I won usually I did a withdrawal and it happened, instantly. Until I won a little bit more, 222 usd won, and try to do withdrawal with a same methodology. Via cashback to Mastercard. They processing it, till 5 business day. I asked them every day that how is my transaction. There is time when they state everything is fine and there is other time when they state they faced an issue.

As a reference their Terms and Condition’s: “Withdrawal of funds can take from 15 minutes to 5 business days, depending on the selected payment method.” So in worst case scenario, they should changed from “Processing” status to “Completed” yesterday. Please investigate this. It says the withdrawal started September 5th, but at around 01:00 am so I assume it counts.

Deveria ter recebido no dia 26 de Dezembro o pagamento de cerca de 3000 dolares relativos a dinheiro ganho no identificado casino online.
Os seus colaboradores insistem desde o meu registo para que crie uam conta de crypto moeda, solução que não pretendo.
Alegam a dificuldade junto do promotor do jogo e do meu Banco, facto que é falso uma vez que o mesmo promotor e o mesmo Banco, são por mim utilizados junto do NATIONAL CASINO e os pagamento são efetuados no mesmo dia.

No pretérito dia 27 recebi a seguinte resposta a mias uma reclamação apresentada:

Blocked from account after making first withdrawal request

Hi. I have held a fair spin account since Nov 2024, and deposited many thousands of dollars in it. Today, June 5, I made my first withdrawal request for $1000. I first got a message my ID verification was approved. I was asked for more documentation and I provided all of it. Then I was blocked from my account, with a message saying I violated the terms and conditions! I have done no such thing. Finally, I got an email saying their decision is final- they won’t tell me what I’ve done- just that there was suspicious activity. Every day I have to beg for a paycheck

Withdrawals getting rejected and delayed

I recently signed up at Fairspin as all reviews I read were good and I especially like casinos that have very quick withdrawal speeds. I started playing there and passed the KYC verification. I withdrew $2,200USD and had to withdraw in 3 transactions as $1,000 is the maximum for each when using Interac as only available withdrawal method.
