Unfortunately, this post was created after the initial 30 days passed from the transaction, and we cannot assist with this. We are acting according to our terms of service point 28, where we have mentioned that we won't be able to assist if the complaint is made after 30 days. The user can reach out to their bank and file a claim for a refund by raising the official complaint with them.
