LeoVegas Casino - Delayed payment after it was approved, now waiting impatiently
LeoVegas is holding my money and not paying out the $1800 it owes me. Saying the funds take 2-5 working days to arrive. I am verified and have received a refund before, but now they say the money has been sent and 8 working days later still nothing. They have sent me a tracking # to inquire with my bank, and my bank has no information and says it is LeoVegas' tracking number. Now LeoVegas has asked me for a copy of my bank statement to prove I have not received the funds and I am getting the run around that it will take time to verify that the payment has not been deposited into my account. I need this money and I should have had it 3-5 working days ago. Now the process has to start all over once they verify that the payment has not been received. Many emails and chat messages and just no answers as to where my money is and when it will actually be deposited into my account. Frustrated!
