Dafabet - Not reopening my account

I have been asking for a long time to open my account but the Dafabet team is not opening the account again My account was closed without reason When I asked about this I was told that we need some documents to reopen your account 👉1. Your PAN ID 2. Your photo with your PAN ID 3. Your bank account details for proof of address

I sent all the documents mentioned by them several times through email but could not get any done by them, so I came back and contacted the Enki team, then I was told that for your account verification, we need one or your government ID, your Aadhaar. Your photo with card or Aadhar card

As per her instructions, I sent her my Aadhaar ID or photo and my bank account statement for my Aadhaar ID or address proof via email.

Still, my account has not been reopened When I contacted back, everyone asked me to send the documents back or also told me that my account would be reopened within 24 hours. As per the instructions, I sent all the documents back but my account has not been opened yet.

👉I have more than 70 thousand rupees in my account, please help me by opening the account back.
