I am writing to urgently bring to your attention an issue regarding my pending withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

It has now been over 50+ days, and I still have not received the withdrawal amount in my bank account. Every time I make a withdrawal, I face similar delays, which is extremely inconvenient and raises serious concerns regarding the reliability of your withdrawal process.

If you are charging a 3% withdrawal fee, then timely processing should be guaranteed. At this point, I request the following information urgently:

1. Confirmation that the withdrawal has been processed from your end

2. Official transaction proof, including the UTR Number

3. Expected time frame for the amount to reflect in my bank account

Without providing these details, it becomes very difficult for me to trust that the transaction has been completed.

I request your immediate attention to this matter and expect a prompt resolution.
