Withdrawal is not received in my bank account 15 days already passed

A complaint regarding my two withdrawal requests from Dafabet that have not been credited to my bank account even though they are marked as “Successful” in the Dafabet cashier section.

The details of the withdrawals are as follows:

Transaction ID: 495765593
Amount: 30,000 INR
Date: 02-03-2026

Transaction ID: 496533322
Amount: 20,000 INR
Date: 07-03-2026

It has been more than 15 days, yet both withdrawal amounts have not been credited to my bank account. The Dafabet cashier page shows the transactions as successful, but the funds are still missing.

I have already contacted Dafabet’s chat support multiple times, but unfortunately they are not providing any meaningful help and keep giving the same repeated response without resolving the issue.

For transparency, I am attaching my bank statement as proof, which clearly shows that these amounts have not been received. I have also already shared this bank statement with Dafabet support.

I kindly request the AskGamblers team to intervene and help resolve this issue, as I have waited patiently but the problem still remains unresolved.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
