Hello Dafabet Support,
My withdrawals have been disabled since 28 February 2026.
Multiple withdrawal requests have been declined and the system shows Withdrawal Disabled / Error Code 310.
My current balance ₹56,343 is still locked in the account.
Additionally, my Documents page shows “No action required”, which means there are no pending verification requirements from my side.
However, I have not received any official email explaining the reason for disabling withdrawals.
Please clarify the issue and enable withdrawals immediately or process my withdrawal request.
If any verification is required, kindly inform me via email.

I'm here to complain against Dafabet as they have suddenly disabled my withdrawal. I've been emailing them for 4 days, but their response is very lazy, mostly bot-replied emails with non-sync answers as I provided them in Screenshots. I request AG to help me out to withdraw my Remaining funds. If needed, I am ready to re-verify my account.

Verification issue with dafabet casino

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

I have been emailing them since last 7 days and getting standard and sometimes irrelevant response. Please find attached screenshot.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹258,000 (INR).

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements, but the issue still remains unresolved. I kindly request your intervention to help expedite the verification process and allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

I made a deposit of Rs.4400 into my Dafabet account, but the amount has not been credited to my wallet yet. The amount has been deducted; however, it is not reflected in my Dafabet balance.

I have already contacted Dafabet customer support, but the issue has not been resolved so far.

Blocked withdraw without any reason

Hello, my dafabet username is < username removed > and they have blocked my withdrawal process without any notification or reason. Whenever I am trying to contact them, their live support agents are providing bot answers and telling me to wait and wait. I am now fully fed up with their bot answers. Whenever I try to withdraw they show error 310. I am providing the withdrawal requests and the issue I am facing with the proofs:

Payment delayed since May 25th

Hi AskGamblers team,

I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.

I have written to their support team multiple times, but they always come back with irrelevant responses, asking for a deposit slip when I am talking about withdrawal.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
