Withdrawal disabled and funds withheld despite full verification

Hello,
I am facing a serious issue with my Dafabet account regarding withdrawal restrictions.
My account is fully verified and all required documents have already been approved (proof attached). Despite this, my withdrawals are continuously being blocked and showing “Withdrawal Disabled.”
On 21/03/2026, I attempted multiple withdrawals (₹30,000, ₹10,000, ₹20,000, ₹20,000), all of which were disabled. Only one small withdrawal of ₹1,000 was processed successfully, which clearly shows selective processing and unjustified restriction on larger amounts.
I have already contacted customer support multiple times, but they keep delaying with generic responses and no clear explanation or resolution.
This is extremely concerning as my legitimate funds are being withheld without any valid reason, even after full verification.
I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and help resolve this issue as soon as possible. I want my withdrawals to be enabled and processed without further delay.
I have attached all necessary proof, including transaction history and document approval confirmation.

Thank you for reviewing my complaint.
I would like to clearly state that I have NOT engaged in any form of opposite betting or cross betting, as claimed by Dafabet. All my bets were placed independently through normal gameplay, without any coordination or system abuse.
Additionally, I have already completed wagering of my balance more than three times through normal betting activity. This clearly shows that my gameplay was genuine and not intended to exploit any system or loophole.
Dafabet has failed to provide any concrete evidence to support their allegation. They have not shared:
Any specific bet IDs
Any detailed explanation of the alleged “opposite betting”
Any proof of violation
My account is fully verified, and all funds are legitimate deposits and winnings. Despite this, my withdrawal has been disabled unfairly.
I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and require Dafabet to:
Provide clear and verifiable evidence of their claim
Remove the withdrawal restriction immediately
Allow me to withdraw my full balance without any further delay
I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any additional documents or information if required.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
