Withdrawal disabled after KYC approval
I am facing a serious issue with Dafabet regarding my withdrawal, which has been disabled without any valid or consistent reason.
Here is the timeline of my case:
- I made multiple deposits successfully via iCash (proof attached).
- I requested withdrawals, which are now showing “Withdrawal Disabled”.
- I was asked to upload documents, which I submitted.
- My documents have been fully approved (proof attached).
- Despite this, my withdrawals remain blocked.
The issue is that Dafabet is giving contradictory responses:
- One email says “incomplete wagering requirements”
- Another says “deposit-related issue”
- Another says “email not registered”
- Live chat agents keep saying “escalated” but provide no solution
These reasons contradict each other and do not match my account status.
I confirm:
- No KYC is pending (already approved)
- No wagering requirement is pending
- All deposits are valid and successfully completed
My account currently holds approximately INR 7,30,000+, which I am unable to withdraw.
Additionally, their support team advised me to avoid escalating the issue to authorities or social media, which raises serious concerns.
I request AskGamblers to intervene and require Dafabet to:
1. Provide a clear and consistent reason for the withdrawal block
2. Remove the withdrawal restriction immediately
3. Process my withdrawal without further delay
