Dafabet Casino- Withdrawal declined no help from support
Dear AskGamblersSupport-Team,
I now have to turn to ASG as a further consequence and instance, as my countless previous attempts to solve the problem directly with Dafabet have failed or been ignored.
I will briefly report my progress:
I am a customer of Dafabet since 01.06.2019 and have made many problem-free transactions for many years (deposits and withdrawals via Neteller) and also made many gaming transactions.
I made my last deposit via Neteller in the amount of EUR 18,000 (3k, 4k, 6k and 5k) on 21.01.2024 and played.
My current balance there is now EUR 9,700, which I cannot withdraw despite countless attempts.
One problem was that Neteller was suddenly no longer available as a withdrawal option, but after a few weeks Neteller was available again as an option.
I have been in contact with various Dafabet support channels since around 9 months and also since November 2024 via various support-emails, but to no avail.

I no longer have the time and nerves for this and have therefore turned to ASG. I have also announced this step to Dafabet several times, but this has also had no effect.
All my withdrawals are getting declined. When I tried to speak in the live chat they told that my account is compromised and told me to reset my password and try again the withdraw.
I successfully reset the password and put withdraw again but again my withdraw got declined. When I reached them again they kept telling me the same thing to reset the password.
I keep doing it several times but still the same issue it is getting declined. I reset my password several times from the last weeks but they keep declining and keep telling the same reason in live chat like a bot.
As I said, I was a customer for years and never had any problems, I lost over 8k on my last games and would just like to be able to withdraw my remaining balance (EUR 9,700) .
I find this treatment of customers more than disrespectful, I'm at my wits end and would like you to resolve this.
