I have done a withdrawal of Rs. 100000 on 10/05/2025 11:59:00 PM. Its transaction ID is 439849257.
This withdrawal has been in a processed state for a week now.
I have approached them through email, but their response is that it's in processing and will be credited once approved, no exact time frame... just a standard answer.
Please solve the issue and process it as soon as possible.
