I request you to kindly investigate this issue at the earliest and provide a clear update on the status of my withdrawal. I also urge you to ensure that the amount is credited immediately to avoid further escalation.

I have waited long enough. It has been seven months, and I still haven’t received my withdrawal. Despite repeated follow-ups, I continue to hear the same response — “we are looking into your case.”

This delay is unacceptable and appears fraudulent at this point. I demand that my withdrawal amount be processed and credited immediately without any further excuses.
