I made a couple of withdrawals last week, all of them are successful except one with an amount of 30,000 on 13/12/2024 at 01:56 pm IST. The withdrawals before and after are successfully deposited to my account but 30,000 is showing successful but not yet credited to my account. I have contacted live support but could not get much help.
I have been contacting support for one week and getting generic responses to contact after 24hrs and they are following up with the payments team.
