Urgent request account closure and pending withdrawal of 39000

Issue Summary:
My account was closed without any prior notice or clear reason.
I requested the reopening of the account, but the management refused.
I was later informed that I could withdraw my remaining balance of ₹39,000 through a manual withdrawal process.
I submitted all required documents and banking details, yet I have not received the funds to date.
Initially, my withdrawal request was declined. Then I was told the manual process was underway, but months have passed with no resolution.
I respectfully request that:
1. Either my account is reopened so I can process the withdrawal myself,
2. Or the amount of ₹39,000 is transferred to my bank account via the manual withdrawal process as promised.
