Urgent complaint regarding withdrawal delay

I am writing to raise a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue.
My Dafabet username is < removed >. On their request, I provided my bank details 8 days ago for a manual bank withdrawal of ₹62,525 INR. At that time, they informed me that the withdrawal was being processed.
However, it has now been over a week, and the funds have not been credited to my account. Despite sending several follow-up emails, Dafabet has neither processed the withdrawal nor responded to my queries in a proper or timely manner.
This delay and lack of communication is extremely concerning, and I feel I have exhausted all reasonable attempts to resolve the issue directly with them.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and helping me retrieve my funds.
