I am writing to lodge a strict complaint regarding the non-processing of my withdrawal requests for a long time, despite submitting all the required verification documents.

Transaction ID: 471112415 – ₹10,000

Transaction ID: 471112462 – ₹20,000

It has been an unreasonably long delay, and no clear explanation or resolution has been provided by your support team. I have complied with all document verification and policy requirements, yet the withdrawal remains pending.

I request you to immediately process my withdrawals or provide a valid explanation for the delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate this matter to the concerned gaming authority and financial regulators for further action.

Please treat this complaint as urgent.
